Acupuncture is part of traditional Chinese medicine that’s been around for about 2,500 years. In 1997, the U.S. National Institutes of Health (NIH) documented and publicized acupuncture’s safety and efficacy for treating a wide range of conditions.
Acupuncture improves the body’s functions and promotes the natural self-healing process by stimulating specific anatomic sites--commonly referred to as acupuncture points, or acupoints with the insertion of sterile, hair-thin, disposable stainless-steel needles.
The needles alter various biochemical and physiological imbalances, encouraging the body to activate and mobilize Qi (pronounced chee) and Blood, triggering proper metabolic function; essentially restoring the body's innate healing capacity. According to traditional Chinese medicine, qi is the lifeforce energy in the body — it helps regulate and move things in the body to keep us well. Stress, environmental factors, lifestyle behaviors, and genetics are some of the things that can block qi in the body.
Modern research shows that acupuncture stimulates the release of endorphins, serotonin, and other neurochemicals that promote circulation and hormonal balance as well as reduce pain and inflammation. Other stimulation techniques include: manual massage, moxibustion or heat therapy, cupping, and the application of topical herbal medicines.

"Beyond Skin Deep Cosmetic Acupuncture" and Microneedling offer a holistic approach to aging gracefully, or addressing concerns such as acne scarring or other scars & blemishes and thinning facial or scalp hair. These natural treatments address Your specific facial and/or skin concerns while nourishing the body from the inside out by correcting internal energetic imbalances, restoring your vitality and skin that you will love, using only vegan and organic topical serums.

Every person's face is a unique representation of their life journey, reflecting their physical, emotional, and spiritual experiences. As we age, our faces tell the story of our lives, with marks and lines that are unique to each individual. Some of these lines or wrinkles may be the result of positive experiences, while others may reflect challenging times. The natural aging process along with other factors cause these lines or wrinkles to deepen, skin loses its elasticity and visible sagging occurs because of facial muscle weaking, resulting in a less than desirable appearance.

The goal of cosmetic acupuncture and microneedling is to address Your concerns, whether you want to reduce fine lines and wrinkles, rid blemishes and scars, improve facial elasticity and/or tighten and brighten your complexion to attain a more youthful, healthier improved appearance, leaving your skin looking and feeling amazing!

Cosmetic acupuncture and microneedling are a proven, safe and noninvasive treatment for targeting Your skin concerns. These techniques have been used for thousands of years in China, where people were obsessed with discovering the "fountain of youth" and creating interventions that would help them feel and look young for as long as possible. Although the tools and outcomes have improved greatly, the holistic concepts of addressing mind, body and spirit are the same today.

Services will begin in Mid-July 2024, but you can reserve your FREE 15 Min consultation NOW!
